Proposed Residential Development – Ardfern, Saul Road, Downpatrick
Located on lands to the east of Ardfern Road, Ardfern Crescent and Ardfern Park, Downpatrick, the new residential development will seek to create 150 new homes in a mixture of detached, semi-detached and terrace houses.
New Build, Hillsborough, County Down
This modern home came from a detailed client consultation process that was ongoing throughout the design. The ground floor contains a large open plan living/kitchen/dining area that leads to a generous outdoor terrace with idyllic views across the natural landscape.
Brighton House – Extension
A spacious Kitchen/Dining Family Space was created with feature island counter & glazed wine rack. This space was illuminated from a large period rooflight above, complimenting the existing full height glazed windows. A large Utility Room was located off the Kitchen behind glazed sliding pocket doors.
