Proposed Residential Development - Ardfern, Saul Road, Downpatrick

Our client, KAP Properties Ltd is proposing a new high quality residential development located near the Saul Road in Downpatrick.
Located on lands to the east of Ardfern Road, Ardfern Crescent and Ardfern Park, Downpatrick, the new residential development will seek to create 150 new homes in a mixture of detached, semi-detached and terrace houses.
The proposals will also create communal amenity space, landscaping, link road within the extent of the site boundary and a wastewater pumping station.
A pre-application communication consultation has been running through January 2021 to hear the publics views on the proposed plans. This culminated with a public Webinar on 27 January.
