Knox Clayton Architects recently obtained planning permission for this new house in County Down.

The client wanted a traditionally designed 4 bed family home.  The cottage design has simple rectangular floor plans.  The front façade includes an entrance porch, corner window and boxed dormer windows with large glazed panels, all strategically placed to maximise the surrounding views.  The construction is due to begin on site soon and we are very much looking forward to working closely with the client and contractor to ensure a speedy and seamless programme.
