The project is located on a prominent location in the eastern part of Lisburn. The site lies on the edge of Lisburn conservation area at the junction where Seymour Street meets A1 main route from Belfast. It has been considered as a gateway site into Lisburn.
The development will provide 48 apartments with central courtyard, roof gardens, retail units on the ground floor and a semi-basement car park. The development also includes conversion of two number existing buildings on Seymour Street, one of which is a three storey listed Georgian house.
