The Norman Emerson Group Headquarters is a two storey office pavilion situated in an area of intense natural beauty along the shores of Lough Neagh. One of the company’s principle lines of business is in the extractive, quarrying and construction material sector.
As well as providing the accommodation required of a modern office headquarters the building acts as a showcase for the clients natural stone products. The extensive use of glass offers panoramic views of the Lough and surrounding Nature Reserve.
Knox & Clayton Architects, throughout the project, consistently worked with us to find innovative solutions to bypass site constraints, whilst ensuring the end product met our requirements and provided flexibility for any eventual end user/s. At all stages of the project they were on hand to listen, take on board our developing requirements and advise on how to incorporate these requirements, whilst still maintaining our overall concept for the scheme.
We are an American owned company with operations in Northern Ireland. We engaged Knox & Clayton’s services to construct our new corporate headquarters in Carrickfergus, overlooking Belfast Lough.
