This contemporary design reflects the client’s brief of a modern home. A steep sloping site supported a split-level design with two separate entities, each with two storeys, connected by a featured staircase. The glazed lantern overlooking the stairs radiates natural daylight to the central atrium. The ground and lower levels lead to corresponding tiered gardens, providing a seamless transition between indoor/outdoor living spaces. Natural stone embeds the lower floors to the surrounding landscape. White rendered walls smoothly transition the first floor to the skyline above.
