Works were quite specialised:

Spa design; spa pool, plunge pool, steam room, sauna and heated loungers

“Aqua land” design;  Aquadunker, Aquadek, AquaBloom, Aquatotter and water bikes.

Non-specialised works included:

Extensive refurbishment and upgrade works to the existing health suite, changing rooms, changing village, public toilets, reception, public concourse and feature staircases.

Additional accommodation of a new Spin room, squash court viewing gallery and staff office were also added.

The entire project was carried out utilising the existing building structure, services, drainage and plant spaces and was completed on time to an extremely tight programme
