Braidside Integrated Primary School, Ballymena

We had the great pleasure, in July 2020, of handing over this new Design & Build Primary and Nursery School.  Situated adjacent to the existing site in Fry’s Road, the school is approximately 2,500m2 and will accommodate up to 440 pupils, from Nursery to P7.

The school s designed around a central library with 3 wings (administration and sports / P1-P4 / P5-7) each with their own breakout and resource spaces).  There are a number of enclosed teaching courtyards allowing pupils to enjoy independent learning in the open air safely.

Natural light is excellent throughout the building due to numerous rooflights and aforementioned courtyards.

We have worked with KnoxClayton Architects on a number of projects including the replacement of our main Lisburn campus. All projects have been completed on time and budget. KnoxClayton have proved they are able to produce innovative design solutions, fully reflective of client requirements in ever changing environments.

Enniskillen Integrated Primary School

The Board of Governors of Enniskillen Integrated Primary School appointed KnoxClayton as their architects, selected from an impressive list of experience in design.  They were entrusted with the design of our much longed for new school build and they didn’t disappoint!
