Knox & Clayton Architects, throughout the project, consistently worked with us to find innovative solutions to bypass site constraints, whilst ensuring the end product met our requirements and provided flexibility for any eventual end user/s. At all stages of the project they were on hand to listen, take on board our developing requirements and advise on how to incorporate these requirements, whilst still maintaining our overall concept for the scheme.
This 7.5 acre site previously housed an industrial unit. The project involved comprehensive refurbishment and extension to the existing unit to create a 160,000 sq. ft. industrial / warehouse space with ancillary office accommodation and trade counter. Generous car and lorry parking was included. A flexible design was important to ensure maximum letting potential of anywhere between 1 to 5 tenants.
