Paddy has 38 years technical experience and has fulfilled the role of Senior Architectural Technician and Project Supervisor in KnoxClayton for the last 21 years. During his career, Paddy has accumulated extensive design detailing and project running experience with public and private sector schemes.
He has been responsible for a variety of building types, including light industrial development, educational facilities, retail/commercial/ office and residential developments. He is fully aware of function, aesthetic design, and budget parameters, thus enabling building solutions to be related to the site and its’ end users. He has developed skills in a practical and cost-effective approach to detailing and selection of materials through years of experience in the industry, especially in relation to site supervision and involvement with the development of design through the supply chain. He also has wide experience in various procurement routes from traditional to negotiated, novated and design & build.
