Such skills were employed successfully by us when, as Bid and Project Managers on behalf of a Prime Contractor, we helped get the first Prime Contract underway in the UK.

This has involved us operating at the forefront of contract procurement and delivery with strong supply chain management, a detailed working knowledge of value management, value engineering, through life cost and risk management.

The approximate value of this Prime Contract is currently £75m and involves various new-build and refurbishment projects running concurrently on various sites.
