PROJECT: Causeway Tower, Belfast
CLIENT: Hydebank Developments Ltd
VALUE: £2.58m
Construction of new 13 storey office building with basement on infill site in Belfast City centre. The scheme  involved the demolition of the existing seven floors of offices and plant areas still connected to the adjacent property via the floor slabs. The structural frame and floors in the building were constructed in in-situ reinforced concrete, allowing maximum use of the height available under planning restrictions to gain valuable lettable space in this prime location.
