CLIENT: Prentice Estates
VALUE: £2.2 million
The completed site will house 50,000 square foot of class one retail units located within the town centre. The units are constructed in a combination of facing brick work and micro-rib cladding externally and fair faced block work internally. Each unit has its own high level entrance canopy and connecting walkways.
