The development comprises of five two and a half storey offices. The envelope of the office units is constructed in a mixture of facing brickwork, architectural blockwork, reconstituted stone and double glazed polyester powder coated windows and screens. Each unit has its own entrance door with canopy, ground floor office, first floor office and mezzanine level office which creates an attractive airy office environment.
