The government introduced C.D.M. (NI) Regulations to increase safety on all construction sites. While the main aim is to protect people, it also has the added advantage of reducing the enormous cost to the industry, in terms of lost time and personal injury claims.

The new 2007 legislation imposes statutory obligations on clients as well as designers, CDM Co-ordinators and contractors. At Knox & Clayton we have undergone extensive training in the new regulations and are in an excellent position to advise our clients on their responsibilities.

We have experience of carrying out CDM Co-ordinator duties on a wide variety of projects - commerical and retail schemes, housing developments, educational projects and leisure facilities.
